We wan't to make sure that every one of our customers are entirely happy when they purchase from Love Perfume. We pride ourselves on our commitment to customer satisfaction, and so we offer a FULL refund for items returned unopened and in their original condition within 14 days of the delivery date. You don’t even need to give us a reason.

Returning your purchase

We recommend you return your purchase to us via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery - that way, you can track that your purchase is returned to us.

Where possible, please return your purchase in it's original packaging, to reduce the risk of the item being damaged during delivery. Please make sure to include your details, so we can process your refund promptly.

Receiving your refund

We will issue your refund as soon as we receive your item - your refund will be processed using your original method of payment. If you return your item via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, you can track it's delivery status to us on-line at royalmail.co.uk.
