Are all your fragrances real?
All our fragrances are 100% authentic. They will arrive boxed and sealed in original packaging, unless stated in the individual listings.

What is a 'Tester'?
A tester is a sample bottle produced by the design house to allow customers to sample their product before purchasing. They will normally be sent to large department stores to keep in their fragrance sections. All our testers are 100% and have NEVER been used. Some will arrive with no box, lid and have 'tester' or 'demonstration' somewhere on the bottle. As this varies from tester to tester please see individual listings for further details. Testers are fantastic value for money, as they normally come in the biggest bottle available and are a fraction of the retail cost.

How long will my fragrance take to arrive?
We will always do our best to post your item within 24 hours of receiving your payment. We pride ourselves on our very quick service.

Items within the UK are sent using First Class recorded delivery and so would normally arrive the following day, although this would depend on Royal Mail. Items posted outside of the UK normally arrive within 7 days.

I want to pay via bank transfer... what are the details?
You are able to go in to any HSBC branch and pay cash in over the counter, alternatively you can pay via telephone, or using internet banking. When using any of the above please use the following details:

Do you accept payment by Cheque?
Yes! Please make cheques payable to LovePerfume and send to the address supplied on your winning notification. Please allow up to 7 working days for your cheque payment to clear - we will send you an email when we dispatch your goods.

What if my fragrance has not arrived?
Unfortunately, at times parcels do go missing in the post. I will always try to respond and resolve this kind of issue as quickly as possible. As all my items are sent using recorded delivery, I am able to track every parcel once they have been posted. I will always offer replacements or a full refund should this ever occur.

What if I am not happy with my purchase?
Although I am certain this will not be case, I am more than happy to offer a replacement or a full refund should you not be happy with your purchase. All I ask is that the fragrance is returned to me in the original packaging and unopened within 7 days. Please contact me in the first instance and I will do my best to resolve any issues you may have.

What is the difference between EDT, EDP & EDC
EDC has around 3-5% of the actual perfume essence. This is typically the cheapest type of fragrance and can last between 1-3 hours depending on your skin type.

EDT has around 5-10% of the actual perfume essence. It can last between 2-5 hours depending on skin type.

EDP has around 8-15% of the actual perfume essence. It has the highest concerntration than that of the EDC and EDT and can typically last up to 6 hours depending on skin type.

Perfume has around 15-30% of the actual perfume essence, which is the strongest available. Perfumes tends to last that much longer as you will not need to use as much say to the EDT or EDP because it is much stronger in smell. This is also the most expensive type available. Can last up to 8 hours depending on skin type.
